PRESIDENT: VERONICA K. CALLAGHAN

Received a B.A. from Newcomb College, a Masters degree from Tulane University, and has been involved in real estate property management, tenant build out and construction. In the roofing industry, Ms. Callaghan specifically, has focused on administration, marketing and business development. She has been active in the business community, serving on the Boards of the El Paso Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, El Paso Foreign Trade Association and is a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association.

VICE PRESIDENT-OPERATIONS: WILLIAM JANKE KASTRIN

Having managed all phases of roofing installations for over fifty years, Mr. Kastrin has been considered a master roofing specialist in the Southwest. He has been responsible for over tens of millions of square feet of roofing being installed and maintained in the region. These projects have been at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, Fort Bliss, Texas, El Paso Independent School District, Ysleta ISD, El Paso International Airport as well as other City and County facilities. Active in community affairs, he has been a Director on the Boards of the Y.W.C.A., the El Paso Museum of Art, the El Paso Boy's Club and was honored in 1986 with the Humanitarian Award by the El Paso Region of the National Conference of Christians and Jews.

VICE PRESIDENT-FINANCE: WILLIAM FREDERICK KASTRIN

Attended the University of Colorado and continued his mechanical engineering studies at the University of Texas at El Paso. He has been active in the roofing, construction and real estate development industry since 1969. Mr. Kastrin has extensive experience in all phases of bidding cost analysis, contract negotiations and project supervision. He has served on the Board of Directors of the El Paso Industrial Development Corporation and the Institute for Manufacturing and Materials Management at the University of Texas-El Paso.

CHIEF ESTIMATOR: ART DOMINGUEZ

As a professional roofing estimator, Mr. Dominguez has been part of the Southwestern team for over ten years. He has continued to master and supervise the installation of innovative roofing systems that have been developed and for which he and Southwestern have become certified.

ESTIMATING & ENGINEERING: FIDEL RENTERIA

Since 1990, Mr. Renteria's professional expertise has enhanced Southwestern's project coordination by providing shop drawings, submittal details and tapered engineering drawings.

ROOFING SUPERVISOR: JOEL PADILLA

With over seventeen years of experience in construction, roofing, sheet metal and carpentry, Mr. Padilla has developed an expertise in the installation of a variety of roofing systems. He currently supervises over 120 roofing employees.
